Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Care License in the state they are working (required).
• NBRC Credentialed (required).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (required).
• ACLS/PALS required; BLS required; NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff and ensure coverage for patient care areas.
• Provide respiratory care assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Lead education, mentorship, and clinical rounds for staff and students.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and participate in clinical research.
