Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years in respiratory therapy or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Translates business plans into tactical actions and ensures policy compliance.
• Implements clinical standards and protocols across multiple sites; improve workflow and patient outcomes.
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and incident reporting; manages risk.

• Leads patient care practices; coordinates care plans and discharge processes.
