Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in respiratory therapy or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of acute clinical care experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner: CA; Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate Respiratory Care Practitioners daily.
• Interview, hire, orient, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Direct staffing and scheduling to meet patient and department needs; collaborate with leadership.
• Provide timely communication and maintain records for regulatory and budgetary purposes.
