Job summary

The role requires Georgia licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, NBRC registration, BLS/ACLS, neonatal certs, and 3+ years of therapy experience; management background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a Respiratory Care Practitioner License in Georgia.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program and NBRC Registered.
• Maintain BLS, ACLS, and neonatal certifications; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of therapist experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and staff development for the department.
• Enforce billing and documentation standards; keep leadership informed.
• Provide direct patient care from neonate to geriatric when needed; educate staff.
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs; coordinate with physicians and teams.
