Job summary

Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton, MO seeks a Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead all operations and administrative functions of the Respiratory department. Reports to the COO and partners with Administration to set objectives, plan services, and manage budgeting and financial performance.

Responsibilities include staffing, supervision, equipment purchasing, billing, quality improvement, staff development, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Respiratory Therapy Program, BS degree preferred.
• RRT credential is required through NBRC.
• BLS required upon hire.
• 5 years Supervisory or management experience.
• Must be licensed in state of Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and administrative functions of Respiratory.
• Set objectives, planning, service standards, budgeting and overall financial performance.
• Staffing and supervision, equipment purchasing, billing and charge collection, quality improvement.
• Staff development and training, interview/hiring, orientation and coaching up to termination.
