UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital is seeking a Manager of Respiratory Therapy to lead daily operations, ensure safe, high-quality care, and mentor the respiratory team. You will drive departmental initiatives and collaborate with hospital leadership to align with UF Health system goals.

The role requires a Florida license with RRT, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS, plus 8 years as a Respiratory Therapist and 5 years in supervision in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care is required.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Management or similar is required or preferred.
• Current Florida License, RRT, ACLS, BLS for Healthcare Providers, NRP and PALS are required.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency is required.
• 8 years clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• 5 years supervisory experience in an acute care setting.
