Job summary

Excelon Solutions is seeking a senior respiratory care leader to oversee teams delivering respiratory care services. You will identify external developments in respiratory equipment and provide innovative solutions to meet patient needs.

The role includes developing, implementing, and monitoring respiratory care goals and pulmonary standards, and overseeing services across multiple sites or a single site to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Health Care Administration, or related field plus 4 years in health care, with 2 years in respiratory therapy
• 7+ years of experience in respiratory therapy or related field
• 3+ years of leadership experience (with or without direct reports)
• Respiratory Care Practitioner License (California) required at hire
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate required at hire

Job description

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for managing teams in the provision of respiratory care services; identifying external developments in respiratory equipment and providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of the patient; developing, implementing, and monitoring respiratory care goals and objectives and pulmonary standards; and overseeing respiratory care services across multiple sites and/or a single site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy, Health Care Administration, or a related field AND minimum four (4) years of experience in health care, customer service, business or a directly related field, with two (2) of those years being in respiratory therapy
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in respiratory therapy or a directly related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner License (California) required at hire
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate required at hire
