Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking an experienced Inpatient Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead respiratory care teams, drive clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency in a hospital setting.

You will oversee inpatient respiratory care for adult patients and Level III NICU cases, develop standards, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inpatient Respiratory Therapy management experience in a hospital setting.
• Hands-on adult inpatient and Level III NICU experience.
• Recent experience working in a unionized healthcare environment.
• California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
