The
Manager, Respiratory Therapy
will lead respiratory care teams and oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality respiratory therapy services. This position will be responsible for managing clinical operations, developing staff, implementing respiratory care standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvements in patient care and service quality.
The Manager may oversee respiratory therapy operations across a single location or multiple sites and will work closely with physicians, nurses, clinical leadership, and other multidisciplinary teams.
