You will manage staff schedules, ensure minimum staffing requirements are met, and act as the Point of Care Supervisor. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy and have at least three years of acute care experience, along with essential certifications in respiratory therapy.
