Respiratory Therapist Lead (2600004T)

The Respiratory Therapist Lead assists Director for twenty‑four hour/day accountability for the planning, directing, leading and evaluating the care provided by the Respiratory Services staff and EEG Department. Oversees staffing schedule, providing shift coverage to meet minimum staffing requirements and is accountable for meeting Departmental productivity goals. Acts as Point of Care Supervisor for ABG’s testing. Assists in the Preparation of requests for the fiscal year’s budget.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Respiratory Therapy

License/Registration - Issued by Florida or Compact State

• Registered Respiratory Therapist

Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Life Support (ACLS) – American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA)
