Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in RT or related field.
• RRT credential and current state license.
• 4 years of experience as an RRT with at least 2 years clinical care.
• 2 years of teaching in a CoARC-accredited program or as clinical instructor.
• Complete the CoARC Key Personnel Training within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver online instruction and facilitate learning in assigned courses.
• Present live or recorded content weekly to develop student-instructor relationships.
• Maintain records and comply with CoARC and institutional policies.
• Assess student learning to evaluate instructional effectiveness.
• Create inclusive classrooms respectful of diversity; use LMS Blackboard Ultra.
• Update syllabi and participate in professional development and committees.
