Advocate Health's Respiratory Therapy Services at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center is seeking a part-time extern who will work an 8-hour PM shift (1:00 PM–9:30 PM) weekly with weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist under supervision with routine respiratory therapy procedures (oxygen, pulse oximetry, aerosol therapy, incentive spirometry).
• Organize and maintain respiratory therapy equipment and supplies according to standards.
• Adhere to infection prevention guidelines and safety procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning, transferring, and related tasks as needed.
