Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program preferred.
• Current license in the state of practice required.
• Other education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains systems to enhance the facility's reputation for respiratory therapy.
• Oversees policies, documentation, and regulatory compliance in the department.
• Monitors revenue, productivity and budget targets for the Respiratory Therapy department.
• Contributes to census development and marketing efforts in coordination with the facility.
• Provides staff development, orientation, and ongoing education programs.
• Ensures safe working practices and accurate clinical documentation.
