The Director will oversee staff, ensure safe and timely respiratory care, manage plans, and collaborate with nursing, physicians, rehabilitation, and other teams to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current RT/RRT license/certification as required.
• Respiratory therapy experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and judgment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Commitment to quality resident care.
