Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide on-site respiratory care in a clinical setting. You will deliver ventilator management and oxygen therapy, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials/licensure.
• Strong clinical knowledge of respiratory care and ventilator systems.
• Ability to interpret ABG results and respond appropriately to patient needs.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy including ventilator management and oxygen therapy.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and assist with urgent patient care.
• Interpret ABGs and use findings to guide treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and care plans.
