Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to assess patients’ respiratory needs and develop effective treatment plans. You will administer therapies, manage ventilators, and monitor patient responses while ensuring safety and quality care.

The role emphasizes education, teamwork, and mentorship, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive hospital environment. Collaboration with care teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS are required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, teamwork and technical skills with modern equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory needs and develop treatment plans.
• Administer therapies such as aerosols, oxygen, and secretion management.
• Manage mechanical ventilators per protocol and monitor patient status.
• Provide patient education and assist with intra-hospital transport.
• Support emergency airway management and invasive procedures as needed.
