Ballardhrc is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join our care team in Seattle. You will evaluate and treat residents with breathing disorders, set up respiratory equipment, and monitor responses under physician guidance.
We value reliability, calm under pressure, and teamwork. A current state license and CPR/BLS certification are required, with 2–4 years of direct respiratory therapy experience preferred. Experience with PCC is a plus.

If Yes, How You Will Contribute to the Team:
As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT), you will be responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and care of residents with breathing disorders. Under the direction of a physician, you will set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases, while carefully monitoring each resident’s physiological responses to therapy.
