Job summary

Carillon Health and Rehab Center in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our SNF team. You will collaborate with the Respiratory Director, physicians, nurses and aides to develop and follow resident care plans, delivering quality care with dignity and comfort.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, daily/wk pay options, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with Fidelity, and opportunities for professional growth. Shifts available days, 6:30am–6:30pm, full-time.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting.
• Develop and ensure the resident care plan in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.
