Job summary

Cedar Point Care & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care in a skilled nursing setting, supporting residents to regain quality of life. The role involves working 10-12 hour shifts with rotating days and weekends, under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

We offer a $3000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, competitive pay between $41.00 and $47.00 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Possesses and Maintains an active CRT or RRT credential.
• Current ACLS and BLS Certification.
• Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, provide respiratory care services per physician orders and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of pulmonary care and therapy modalities within licensure scope.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and document data in the medical record.
• Operate and inspect respiratory therapy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lead daily shift operations and coordinate with nursing leadership.
