Job summary

Talent Staffing and Recruiting represents a not-for-profit community medical center in eastern Montana seeking a Respiratory Therapist for both inpatient and outpatient care. Minimum qualifications include an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program degree, Montana-licensed RRT/CRT, current BLS, plus NRP and ACLS within six months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program.
• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensed by the State of Montana.
• Current BLS; NRP and ACLS within the first six months of employment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality respiratory treatments and diagnostic testing for patients across the lifespan.
• Operate and maintain various types of respiratory equipment.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory diseases, medications, and care plans.
• Assist in developing discharge plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
