Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is seeking PRN Respiratory Therapists for weekend day shifts to administer respiratory care, operate ventilators and deliver medications. You will monitor patient status, provide life support, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a long-term acute care setting.

Requirements include completion of an approved respiratory care program, current BLS certification, and 1–3 years of related experience; must read and communicate in English.

AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is seeking PRN Respiratory Therapists (RT) for Weekend Day Shifts! Performance of technical work concerned with administering therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities. Operating and monitoring respiratory equipment, such, continuous and intermittent ventilators, medical gas delivery apparatus, incentive breathing/hyperinflation devices, environmental control systems, and aerosol devices; administering medical gases, humidification, aerosols, and respiratory medications; maintaining clearance of patients natural and artificial airways; providing primary assistance in cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
