Beth Israel Lahey Health in Beverly, MA is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care across age groups under physician orders. You will work within licensure scope and hospital policies, using critical thinking to apply best practices.
Requirements include an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, MA license, BLS, and preferably CRT credential; strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in critical care is a plus.

This position reports directly to the Manager of Respiratory Therapy and receives day to day oversight from the Respiratory Supervisors.
The Respiratory Therapist performs respiratory care related duties to all age groups. Responsible for direct patient care within their scope of services in accordance with state licensure, and the Registration Board of Respiratory Care. The Respiratory Therapist works under physician orders, follows departmental and Beverly Hospital policies. Utilizes a high level of critical thinking skills, must have the ability to apply the appropriate best practice, be objective and receptive to others' points of view with regard to patient care issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience as a Staff Respiratory Therapist with a focus on critical care preferred

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
