Willow Tree Post Acute in Topeka, KS is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our pulmonary program. The role provides care under physician orders, collaborates with nursing and infection prevention teams, and supports residents' pulmonary and cardiac needs.
Candidates must be licensed in Kansas, hold CRT or RRT, have ACLS and BLS, and graduate from AMA-approved school. Sign-on bonus of $2,500; pay ranges $30-$45 per hour based on experience.

Our skilled nursing facility, located in Topeka, is launching a pulmonary program that caters to our residents and future residents’ pulmonary and cardiac needs. Our pulmonary program has had a highly effective impact on preventing rehospitalizations, maintaining or improving ADLs, and reducing risk of pulmonary infection. Policies and processes have been created so we can have a proactive focus on bettering the lives we serve. The ideal candidate will be a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist, licensed in the State of Kansas, with a love of servant leadership. Alongside the Director of Nursing and Infection Preventionist, the RT will execute treatments and interventions necessary to create an atmosphere of health and wellbeing establishing tangible goals and tracking the progress of those we steward!
Under the supervision of the Pulmonary Program Coordinator, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing respiratory care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders, department policies and procedures, and state and federal guidelines.
