Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in Irwin, PA is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. This role focuses on pulmonary rehabilitation services, respiratory treatments, respiratory assessments, pulmonary function testing, and ongoing management of residents with chronic respiratory conditions.

You will collaborate with physicians, nursing and rehab teams, educate staff and residents on respiratory care, and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in PA.
• Experience in LTC, SNF, or pulmonary rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
