Job summary

Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for the Weekend Shift to provide high-quality respiratory care in our 24/7 skilled nursing facility.

You will conduct assessments, operate equipment, and collaborate with the care team to implement treatment plans while maintaining detailed records and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses and needs.
• Conduct assessments, set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment, and administer medications as needed.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain current knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and standards.
