Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking a weekend-shift Respiratory Therapist (RT) to deliver high-quality care in a 24/7 skilled nursing setting. The per diem role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the interprofessional team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Wisconsin RT licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients with varied diagnoses.
• Perform assessments, set up and operate RT equipment, and administer medications as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as required.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatments.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and stay current with RT practices.
