Job summary

You will administer therapies, manage ventilator-dependent residents, perform assessments and tests, document progress, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate patients and staff, and ensure equipment safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Ohio (RRT or CRT) is required.
• Long-term care and/or vent unit experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + full benefits
