Job summary

North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to provide skilled assessment, treatment, and education for residents with respiratory needs. Shifts include 7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM.

Compensation is $40–$45 per hour, all-inclusive, with a $5 PIB for full-time staff. Qualified candidates will be RRTs with current state licensure and at least 3 years of experience, including ventilator management in SNF, LTACH, or hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Current state licensure required.
• Minimum of 3 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management in skilled nursing, LTACH, or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive chest assessments and respiratory examinations.
• Consult with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan treatments.
• Perform diagnostic testing including lung capacity and ABG evaluation.
• Administer respiratory therapies and manage ventilator-dependent residents.
• Educate residents and families on treatments and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
