Windsor Elmhaven Care Center in Stockton, CA is hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dedicated team. You will evaluate and treat residents with breathing disorders under a physician's direction, operating respiratory care equipment and monitoring responses.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of direct Respiratory Therapy experience
• Current Respiratory License in California
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations
• Knowledgeable of long-term care nursing practices, terminology, laws, regulations and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat and care for residents with breathing disorders under physician direction
• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment
• Monitor residents’ physiological responses to therapy
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
