A leading healthcare system in Urbana, IL is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to perform critical respiratory care procedures across various patient populations. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy and relevant certifications, ensuring high-quality patient care and equipment management. Perform routine and critical respiratory care procedures under the supervision of a Respiratory Care Supervisor and Medical Director. Responsible for the performance and competency of care for Neonatal, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric populations.
Certifications: Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) within 10 weeks - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR); Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA).
Education: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy; Certificate of Completion in Respiratory Therapy.
Work Experience: Respiratory therapy experience required.
