Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a part-time Respiratory Therapist for day shifts. Starting at $32.05/hr with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. You will join a multidisciplinary team, provide patient-centered respiratory care, and participate in discharge education and quality improvement initiatives.

Typical schedule is 24 hrs/week, 6:00am–6:30pm, every other weekend. Candidates must be Registered Respiratory Therapist in Michigan with ACLS/PALS, and have strong

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Michigan (RRT) or registered
• Associates degree required in Respiratory Therapy
• ACLS and PALS certification required or obtainable within nine months

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and respiratory services per license and regulations
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and physicians
• Discharge education and coordination for patients
• Promote safety and quality improvement in care
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
• Develop and maintain professional relationships across disciplines
