Job summary

ARMStaffing is currently seeking a Seasonal Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract in Wichita, KS, with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. You’ll support a respiratory therapy unit, performing treatments and ventilator management in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires NBRC, BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS certifications, plus at least 6 months of RRT experience. Travel reimbursement and housing allowance are among the offered benefits.

Job Description

Join our dynamic Respiratory Therapy Unit, where you’ll provide critical care to a diverse patient population. You will be a part of a team responsible for respiratory care treatments, ventilator management (both invasive and non-invasive), and ensuring the highest quality of care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory care treatments to patients
• Manage mechanical ventilation for patients
• Provide care in accordance with established protocols and policies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 6 months of current RRT experience
• NBRC Certification
• BLS, ACLS, NRP & PALS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric/PICU experience
• Strong ICU experience
