Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) for a 13-week assignment in Hartsville, TN, with nights 7:00 PM–7:00 AM and rotating weekends. You will work in the Emergency Department/Med Surg to deliver quality respiratory care and contribute to patient comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate holds TN licensure, ABG endorsement, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications with prior critical care experience preferred. ARMStaffing supports travel, onboarding, and clinical advocacy.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Board of Respiratory Care License.
• ABG endorsement required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications mandatory.
• Previous critical care experience preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will play a crucial role in delivering quality care to our patients in the Emergency Department/Med Surg unit.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and response to therapy.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Tennessee Board of Respiratory Care License.
• ABG endorsement is required.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory.
• Previous experience in a critical care setting is preferred.
