Lifepoint Health® is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist in Winchester, Tennessee. In this full-time position, you will examine patients with respiratory issues, work closely with physicians to implement treatment plans, and engage in physiotherapy. You will also monitor patient conditions and ensure compliance with best practices. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy and a current RRT license in Tennessee. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in TN.
• BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient.
• Perform physiotherapy and teach patients to use medications.
• Measure lung capacity and analyze blood samples using a blood gas analyzer.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition.
• Evaluate respiratory care policies based on patient outcomes and best practices.

How You'll Contribute

• Examines patients with breathing-related conditions and conducts diagnostic testing.
• Consults with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient.
• Performs physiotherapy and other treatments and teaches patients to use medications.
• Measures lung capacity and analyzes blood samples using a blood gas analyzer. Delivers and assesses response to ordered therapy per plan of care.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Evaluates respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices.
