A full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for assessing patient respiratory needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing age-specific patient education.They perform routine and advanced respiratory therapies, manage mechanical ventilators, and assist with procedures like fiberoptic bronchoscopy and invasive monitoring.The role involves intra-hospital transport, acute airway management, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Collaboration with medical teams and utilization of state-of-the-art equipment are essential.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must graduate from a Specialty Training Program. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and technical skills are required. Ability to work independently within protocol-driven care and evidence-based practices is essential. Flexibility to work night shifts and every other weekend and holiday is needed.
