McLaren Health Care in Michigan seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide care across emergency, ICU and inpatient settings. You will assess patients, implement therapy plans and monitor responses.
The role requires an associate degree from a CAAHEP-accredited program, state licensure, NBRC RRT and BLS. Schedule is full-time with day/evening shifts and no on-call. You will collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes and ensure quality care across multiple departments.

Provides respiratory care services to patients who require emergency care, intensive care, therapeutic treatment, invasive and non-invasive monitoring, diagnostic testing and patient education for pulmonary and cardiopulmonary disorders.Monitors and maintains equipment and participates in quality assurance and improvement activities.
