Role Overview:

This full-time Respiratory Therapist position involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The therapist performs routine and advanced respiratory therapies, manages mechanical ventilators, and monitors patient status using non-invasive tools. They assist with procedures such as fiberoptic bronchoscopy, invasive line placement, and intra-hospital transport of ventilated patients. The role includes patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
