Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin in Milwaukee seeks a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide pediatric respiratory care across diverse clinical settings, administering therapies, monitoring responses, and collaborating with a compassionate team to tailor patient-centered plans.

A Wisconsin RCP license is required; CRT or RRT is preferred. BLS and PALS certs within 6 months. The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RCPs and a night pay premium, with FT/PT/PRN schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin RCP license required.
• CRT; RRT certification strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification (BLS) required.
• PALS certification required within 6 months.
• Completion of a respiratory therapy program required.
• Pediatric work experience not required.
• Ability to collaborate with caregivers, colleagues, medical staff, and community partners.
• Newer RCPs eligible for sign-on bonuses per program.
