Job summary

Maple Heights Nursing and Rehabilitative Center in Kansas is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our pulmonary program. You will administer therapies, monitor patients, and collaborate with nursing and medical staff to improve outcomes for residents.

A Kansas license, CRT or RRT credential, and ACLS/BLS certification are required. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in Kansas (CRT or RRT).
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Current ACLS and BLS Certification.
• Proven ability to work in a pulmonary program within long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies and monitor patient response.
• Assess pain and participate in rehabilitation planning.
• Follow infection control and equipment sterilization procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and leadership to coordinate care.
