We are seeking a Pulmonary Function Technician (PFT) responsible for performing comprehensive pulmonary diagnostic tests to evaluate lung function, aiding physician diagnosis and treatment.

Key Duties Include

• Performing tests such as spirometry, FVL, FVC, MVV, DLCO, airway resistance, and methacholine challenge, following physician orders.
• Assisting with diagnostic procedures like thoracentesis and ensuring accurate documentation across pulmonary, bronchoscopy, and blood gas labs.
• Maintaining patient records, ensuring compliance with standards, and documenting all relevant data post-service.
• Managing daily schedules, confirming appointments, and providing pre-test instructions to optimize lab productivity.
• Collaborating with team members, sharing patient care plans thoroughly, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
