Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Ann Arbor is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for PRN Day and PRN Night shifts at the 7th floor Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital. You will evaluate patients, provide respiratory care, and assist with airway management.

Competitive compensation includes $41.00 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with shift differentials for nights and weekends. Join a dedicated team delivering world-class inpatient post-ICU care.

Qualifications

• Active CRT or RRT credential from NBRC or state equivalent.
• BLS certification required by start date.
• Current state licensure required.
• ACLS required upon hire.
• Preferred: 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan appropriate respiratory care.
• Provide respiratory therapy to critically ill patients.
• Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Teach and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm or 7:00pm-7:30am

$5,000.00 Sign On Bonus

Pay: $41.00 per hour

• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Must possess \"Active\" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required upon hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift)

Preferred qualifications:

• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
