This part-time position requires graduation from an accredited program; a Bachelor's degree and NBRC credentials are preferred. Strong computer and communication skills, plus initiative to improve quality of care, are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or healthcare related field preferred.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• NBRC credentials preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Initiative and independent judgment, desire for continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor cardiopulmonary disease as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate changes in patient condition and response to treatment to the care team.
