Job summary

- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to residents, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilator management.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' respiratory status and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet residents' needs.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' respiratory status to ensure timely interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
