Old Orchard Nursing and Respiratory Center in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our post-acute care team. You will provide respiratory therapy, monitor patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to tailor care plans.

Formación

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory therapy services to residents, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilator management.
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' respiratory status and develop effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet residents' needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' respiratory status to ensure timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
