Crosswalk Health seeks Respiratory Therapists (CRT/RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT/RPFT) to bring simple spirometry testing to primary care clinics around Houston, Texas. You will work in a fast-growing, startup environment with flexible scheduling and meaningful patient care.

As a PRN role with initial scheduling, you will perform pre/post bronchodilator spirometry, educate patients, and ensure high-quality results while collaborating with clinic teams and pulmonologists to

Qualifications

• Current CRT/RRT, CPFT or RPFT credential.
• Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration.
• Willingness to commute to clinics throughout the region.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing.
• Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
• Safely administer albuterol and monitor patients during testing.
• Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review.
• Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health.
