Job summary

Crosswalk Health, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT or RPFT) for 1099 contractor roles. You will perform spirometry in primary care clinics, educate patients, administer albuterol when needed, and report results for pulmonologist review.

You will travel regionally, work independently, and contribute to rapid growth of a healthcare startup dedicated to accessible pulmonary care.

Qualifications

• Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential.
• Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration.
• Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing.
• Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
• Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients throughout testing.
• Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review.
• Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health with professionalism and compassion.
