Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Mount Clemens, MI is hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for PRN night shifts. You will evaluate and treat patients with critical or complex conditions, and collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust treatment plans.

The role requires NBRC credential, state licensure, BLS, and ACLS on hire. This position offers meaningful patient impact, flexible scheduling, and the chance to advance within a world-class post-ICU recovery hospital.

Qualifications

Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Per Diem/ PRN

Location: Mount Clemens, MI

Schedule: PRN Nights - 12 hour shifts

Compensation: $43.00 per hour plus competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends

Minimum Requirements

• Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required upon hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift)

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
