Qualifications

Role Overview

This position involves assessing patient respiratory needs, planning, performing, and evaluating treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) provides routine therapies such as aerosolized medications, oxygen, and airway management, including mechanical ventilation. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care plan development, emergency airway management, arterial blood gas collection, and assisting with procedures like bronchoscopy and invasive monitoring. The role requires adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Key Duties
