Job summary

Select Medical in Nashville, TN is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for Per Diem/PRN shifts. The role offers $38.00 per hour plus competitive shift differentials with Days and Nights available.

The RT will evaluate patients, deliver respiratory care to those with critical and complex conditions, manage endotracheal tubes, and participate in quality improvement while educating patients and families. NBRC CRT or RRT active, BLS and state licensure required; ACLS required on hire; 1 year of

Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Per Diem/ PRN

Location:Nashville, TN

Schedule: Per Diem, Days and Nights AvailableCompensation: $38.00 / Hour plus competitive shift differentials

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required upon hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift)

Preferred qualifications:

• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
